right. one day, i know i'll feel contempt for all this cheeziness.
but now, I tell myself that idgs.
heeeee. can you tell that i've been a smidge down?
* Missing Lo
* Jobs that pay the rent: oh you know what I'm talking about.
* Frenemy Memories: seriously, sometimes it can be hard not to snoop about someone on facebook. even, or especially, people you feel dislike for. and i know, i know, i've done a great job of moving past all of their bullshit but it's challenging not to backtrack and not to feel all the resentment and hurt - again. must remember that they are in the past and just serve as reminders to be discerning about who i give my time to. just because someone appears kind, doesn't mean they actually are.
wow. just writing all that down has actually cheered me up a whole lot.
little things that made me smile:
* Finally... Oppa is on facebook! ^^, wonder when I'll get to memo with Brina again and relive our conversation which we do not tell the polpulation.
* Alice McKinley: "New resolution. Live one day at a time. Just go with the flow and don't try to guess what will happen next." - Simply Alice
* Mcdonald's Double Cheeseburger: and texting or emailing my super-tall and not matakaw at all friends rhea, rob, and ronnie about the salt (oh, the salt) on my "Ben" sandwich.
* American Idol doing the Beatles: who knew Iking would like AI. good surprise, right there no? rooting for a lot of great talents and saddened cuz some of my early faves didn't make it. but there's always next year, hopefully!
* Battle Scriptures and Pagan Hexes: when I feel that sometimes the world is not my friend, i just pick up my pretty green bible and KNOW that God is with me (who can be against me?)
* Evenin' Radio: cracking up at 'The Manor' and repeatedly listening to Forget You, All I See and Elevator.
* Leo's Last Day Palabok, Pizza and Chicken Feast-for-all: thanks Giselle and Gracie for sharing. and i'll miss randomly getting on the bus to see Leo. another one bites the dust.
* Knowing that Iking's always got my back (and I've got his): night lights in Greenhills and LOLing. who knew Just Go With It would turn out to be pretty funny. C'mon lover, show me some sheep-P-R on our facation.
and special mention,
* EDSA Revolution Celebrations

"Walang himala! No sick were healed, no water turned into wine, the sun didn't dance, and the Marian apparition is all in the Cardinal's mind. EDSA was about ordinary people in great numbers who dared to confront, unarmed, the military might of the dictator and discovered in the process their mind-boggling powers when united by a common goal. Walang himala. The task of removing the dictator was well within the people's human powers." -
